Hi! We’re Swapfiets, the bike membership.
For a fixed monthly fee we hand you an always-working bike. Need a repair? You can book an appointment and get your bike fixed within 48 hours. If we can’t fix your bike on the spot, we’ll hand you another Swapfiets. You can easily book your appointment via the app and swing by our stores or let us come to your location of choice (within our service area). Because we root for all students, we give you a monthly student discount.

Pick your city and your bike. Book an appointment and pick up your Swapfiets bike in-store or at a selected location within the service area.
Make it yours
We’ll adjust the bike to your height and give you the deets on your membership.
Repairs
Anytime, anywhere. Get in touch via our app or Helpdesk.
And no, you can’t buy our bikes.
